"While we’re on the subject of tattooing with the sticks, I’d like to say that Keone has a light touch. Coupled with his skill in sharpening the tools to razor sharpness, getting tattooed by Keone wasn’t half bad. The three hours went by quickly, and, after thoroughly washing the area with boiled water and applying a thin layer of Neosporin, I basically left the tattoo alone. There was virtually no swelling, scabbing or redness.
On the other hand, when I was tattooed by Petelo, my ankle swelled up like a watermelon. But in all fairness, that has more to do with where I received the tattoo than how it was applied. The ankle, I discovered, is surprisingly sensitive. However, when I applied a daily dose of Cherry Balm and pulled up my sock to protect the design, it healed with no problems."

"Cherry Balm is the bomb! I personally have never used anything that heals my tattoos so well, sometimes not even a scab. Therefore, I make all my customers buy Cherry Balm so I can do as little touch-up as possible. Anybody who uses it will feel the same way. I can't say enough good things about it. The proper way to use it, to get the results I have is to: (1) apply Cherry Balm after a shower so the tattoo and your hands are clean, and (2) use it sparingly so your tattoo can still breathe. If you are a hot chick who likes video games and sci-fi, I will do steps (1) and (2) for you."
